Site Parameters
Drop your SARF center; MiniHawk builds the map and lets the zoning set the tower height.
Only OpenCellID cellular records are eligible for the cellular-site layer. Generic antenna structures are excluded. Coordinates may be estimated; physical tower ownership and visible antenna arrays require confirmation.
Zoning
Governing body by Census boundary, then four SCIP sections — tower requirements (cited from the ordinance), zoning overview, site plan and building permit (from the departments) — before the SARF advances to Targets A · B · C
Jurisdiction sources
Optional. County and municipal records are kept separate until the zoning authority is confirmed.
Scan an area first. Generate Zoning lights up as soon as the SARF map resolves the county and state.
RF Propagation
CloudRF coverage prediction · terrain, clutter and buildings
Planning inputs are editable. Carrier identifies the project; carrier-specific RF design and approved tower height require review.
Scan an area to begin. Propagation is optional and independent of zoning.
Targets A · B · C
Site Candidate Information Package
Build the package after generating targets: SARF, propagation, zoning evidence, separate Target A/B/C evaluations, and screening notes. The final Site IQ equation remains pending.
